TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. The Rella website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Rella shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a speedy delivery. Minimum delivery charges are £5.00 per UK delivery address and £10.00 for overseas orders. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the DHL website www.dhl.com.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

We ship to all countries via DHL courier. All orders to Non-European countries will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to Rella and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

We require that all parcels are signed for in person. Some countries allow consignees to authorise parcels to be left unattended (e.g. outside the delivery address), however we strongly advise against this. Consignees that authorise this form of delivery do so at their own risk, neither DHL nor Rella can then be held responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

All first time orders can only be sent to the billing address.

SHIPPING RATES

Free Standard Delivery on any orders over £100 (UK only)

Standard £5.00 delivery charge (UK only). Delivery times between 3-5 working days.

International Standard £10.00 delivery charge.

LONDON SAME DAY DELIVERY

The service operates Monday through Saturday for London based customers within zones 1, 2 and 3 and is handled by our courier Clockworks. Orders must be received and credit card transactions authorised by 1pm (Monday – Saturday) in order to receive same day delivery, once the order has been successfully received and processed we will call you to arrange a delivery time suitable to you. Orders received after 1pm will be sent by London same day delivery the following working day.

Customers selecting London same day delivery should provide us with a contact telephone number for that day to avoid delays. If we are unable to reach you on your contact telephone number to arrange delivery within 48 hours, your order will then be shipped by our standard UK delivery method and shipping costs charged accordingly. Any orders sent out that are undeliverable will be returned to Rella and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. The cost is £10.00 per delivery or free for orders over £100.

When an order is dispatched via the London Same Day Delivery method, a charge will be incurred should the customer not be present during their specified delivery window or if the driver is required to wait.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date you sign for the delivery. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us at hello@rella.co. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call 02071124944.

Rella will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days’ time frame are accepted at the discretion of Rella and can only be refunded with a ‘store credit note’ which can be used online.

Please send all returns to 187, Wardour Street, London, W1F 8ZB. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Please Note that if you use FedEx to return your items, there will be an additional £10.00 charge which will come off of your refund. Instead please contact us for our DHL return account number at competitive rates.

Rella are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them.

Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Rella Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online by PayPal.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

The following international regions could incur a fluctuation in retail price: Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico and The United States. Please contact hello@rella.cofor more specific information about pricing for your location.

These prices will include duties, taxes and freight. VAT will also be deducted.

THE WEBSITE

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Rella make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

The content of our website is presented, “as is”, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, and withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION

This website is controlled and operated by Rella in the UK. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on our website are copyrighted to Rella and authors, designers, photographers etc. All worldwide rights are reserved. This site and its contents may only be used for personal non-commercial use. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Rella.

GENERAL

We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

Rella respects your concerns about privacy and follows strict procedures to protect customer information and ensure that your personal information is handled in a responsible manner. We do not disclose information you provide to third parties.

Currently, Rella gathers online customer information to enhance your online experience with us, to improve and maintain the content of our website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

We collect information from you when you complete our feedback or contact form and additionally, when you purchase products from our online shop. We may use this information to advise you of changes to our website, or to let you know about our newest products. We may also record which products you are interested in or enquire after so as to improve our features and customer service on our website.

Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise, obtaining information and when communication is needed directly relating to orders or enquiries placed through our site.

Addresses may also be used for periodic mailings from Rella about new products and services. Cookies are used in our eShop, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
